This is a Theo Wanne Gaia2 7* mouthpiece for tenor saxophone.

Original facing, tip opening measures 0.105″. Hard rubber version. According to the person I bought it from, it was allegedly handfaced by Theo Wanne himself (I have no way of proving this statement). This is fantastic player and I will most likely regret selling it…
