This is a Theo Wanne Gaia2 7 mouthpiece for alto saxophone.

Original facing, tip opening measures 0.082″. Hard rubber version. Allegedly handfaced by Theo Wanne himself as advertised by the person I bought it from (I can’t prove that statement – shows traces of file marks on the baffle).
